Normal? Far from it! विषनाग is fast, aggressive and evolves into one of nine serpents from level 30 – chance decides which one.

In battle

विषनाग is a fast attacker with a high crit chance. Its level attacks are all of the सामान्य type – with काटना and बॉडीचेक it deals solid damage. That leaves it powerless against भूत Mebulys, though, as they are immune to सामान्य attacks. Its Ki values (Ki is shown as “AI” in the game) and defense are only average.

The big transformation

From level 30 you can evolve विषनाग – and the result is a surprise: it randomly turns into one of the nine forms हरितनाग, पवननाग, अग्निनाग, मननाग, प्रेतनाग, शिलानाग, जलनाग, तड़ितनाग or हिमनाग. Each one has its own type and completely different strengths. The evolution can't be undone.
