メラツム

メラツム is the final form of ヒノコ: a raging whirlwind of the 火 and フライト types that overwhelms its foes with focused flames.

In battle

With its final evolution, the strength shifts from attack to Ki attack (Ki is shown as “AI” in the game): it is now among the 20 best, and its speed is even among the ten highest of all Mebulys. Its health rises noticeably too. So rely on Ki attacks such as 風切り from level 30 or インフェルノ from level 48.

Type matchups

The フライト type makes メラツム immune to 大地 attacks – a big relief compared to メラゾー. 葉 and フライト attacks barely scratch it. In exchange, 石 is now very effective against it, and 電気の and 水 are dangerous as well.
