Long thought to be a myth, then caught on camera: ビリオン is the final form of ビリッコ and hurls lightning like few other 電気の Mebulys.

In battle

ビリオン is a pure Ki attacker (Ki is shown as “AI” in the game): its Ki attack is among the highest of all Mebulys. Its defense and Ki defense are rather weak, and it doesn't achieve much with normal attacks. At level 46 it learns レプラコーンショック, one of the strongest 電気の attacks – but it counts as a normal attack and uses its weaker attack stat. For its Ki attack, ハリケーン from level 38 and 雷 from level 42 are the better choice.

How to get it

ビリオン can't be found in the wild. You evolve it from ビリスケ from level 32 – or face one in the team of マスター・シベイト.
