フブキオ is the final form of ユキンコ: an icy storm of the 氷 and フライト types that freezes everything in its path.

In battle

フブキオ is a thick-skinned Ki attacker (Ki is shown as “AI” in the game): its Ki attack is among the best twelve of all Mebulys, and its health among the best 30. In return, it is one of the slowest Mebulys of all. Its strength lies in powerful Ki attacks such as 氷の刑務所 from level 40, 絶対零度 from level 45 and 猛吹雪 at level 50 – the strongest 氷 attack.

Type matchups

Its second type, フライト, makes フブキオ immune to 大地 attacks and resistant to 葉, フライト and 水. In exchange, 電気の and 石 become new dangers, and 火 stays effective. Its 氷 attacks are effective against 葉, フライト and マシーン.
