Blizzter

Blizzter is the final form of Frozee: an icy storm of the ice and flight types that freezes everything in its path.

Special climatic conditions have led to Blizzter not only to occur, but also to be very strong. He leaves everything around him solidify to ice.
Description from the Mebula library

In battle

Blizzter is a thick-skinned Ki attacker (Ki is shown as “AI” in the game): its Ki attack is among the best twelve of all Mebulys, and its health among the best 30. In return, it is one of the slowest Mebulys of all. Its strength lies in powerful Ki attacks such as ice prision from level 40, absolute zero from level 45 and blizzard at level 50 – the strongest ice attack.

Type matchups

Its second type, flight, makes Blizzter immune to earth attacks and resistant to leaf, flight and water. In exchange, electric and rock become new dangers, and fire stays effective. Its ice attacks are effective against leaf, flight and machine.
