ヨウキバ

Nothing good is left in ヨウキバ: the final form of ヨウフワ is a 精神 powerhouse with a high crit chance.

ヨウキバには良いものは何も残っていない。彼は自分の道を横切るものをすべてなぎ倒します。
Description from the Mebula library

In battle

ヨウキバ trades speed for power: its Ki attack (Ki is shown as “AI” in the game) is among the ten strongest in the game, its crit chance is high and its Ki defense is good. On the other hand, it is much slower than ヨウムス. Send it in against おばけ Mebulys, which it hits hard with サイボール or 精神病 – and keep it away from マシーン opponents: they are immune to 精神 attacks and hit ヨウキバ effectively in return.

Evolution

ヨウキバ is only available through evolution: ヨウフワ becomes ヨウムス from level 18, which turns into ヨウキバ from level 42. The long road pays off if you're looking for a true 精神 Ki attacker.
