Type matchups

The mix of 火 and おばけ is unusually strong: メラウマ is immune to 普通, 大地 and マシーン attacks and also takes 火, 葉, フライト and 氷 well. Only 精神, おばけ, 石 and 水 are effective against it.

In battle

メラウマ is fast – among the best ten – and has a good attack. Go for normal attacks such as ファントムバイト from level 40 and ファイアーブラスト from level 42, which has a good chance to burn the target. おばけ attacks are effective against Mebulys of the 精神 and おばけ types.
