At level 18, コガメ grows a stony shell: as a 水 and 石 Mebuly, ネガメ shrugs off fire almost completely.

Type matchups

With its second type, 石, the profile of ネガメ changes a lot: 火 attacks barely do anything anymore, and it also takes フライト, 普通 and 石 well. The price: 葉 attacks are now very effective against it, and 電気の and マシーン are effective too.

In battle

The health and defense of ネガメ are good, while its attack stays weak. So rely on 水 Ki attacks (Ki is shown as “AI” in the game) such as ダイブ from level 26 or 滝 from level 32, and use 癒しの源 to last longer.
