At level 18, Tartino grows a stony shell: as a acqua and roccia Mebuly, Tartarone shrugs off fire almost completely.

Type matchups

With its second type, roccia, the profile of Tartarone changes a lot: fuoco attacks barely do anything anymore, and it also takes volo, normale and roccia well. The price: foglia attacks are now very effective against it, and elettrico and macchina are effective too.

In battle

The health and defense of Tartarone are good, while its attack stays weak. So rely on acqua Ki attacks (Ki is shown as “AI” in the game) such as tuffo from level 26 or cascata from level 32, and use fonte curativa to last longer.
