Phoquou

Cute, lazy and not to be underestimated: the little seal Phoquou (glace and normal) loves the polar sea – and fights with ice and water.

Phoquou aime nager dans la mer polaire ou très paresseux allongé dans la neige, laissant le soleil briller sur sa fourrure. Mais même si le petit a l'air si mignon, ne le sous-estimez pas.
Description from the Mebula library

In battle

Phoquou prefers to fight with Ki attacks (Ki is shown as “AI” in the game): its Ki defense is high and its Ki attack average, while its attack is one of the weakest in the game. Handy: besides ice, it also learns eau attacks such as petit jet d'eau and plongeon. That lets it counter feu Mebulys, whose attacks are effective against it.

How to get it

In the wild, Phoquou is a rarity: it only shows up very rarely on the map Stone Cave. The shop regularly offers Phoquou as Mebuly of the week for 1,500 gold (see Mebulys in the shop). From level 32 you can evolve it into Morsus.
