Maître Dschibait

After your third medal, a girl in Wave Crest tells you that Master Dschi just rushed off to his lab (quest “Master Dschi”). You find him at the entrance of the thunder cave on Route 11. An earthquake has damaged his facility: you inspect the damage with him, collect Tube en cuivre and fil from the Mebulys in the cave in “Blasting”, and start four main controllers in “Starting controller” – past lots of technicians who think you are an intruder. After that, he is ready to fight.

Team and types

All five of Maître Dschibait's Mebulys have the électrique type: Voltaboa, Aimantus and Gigatec (both plus machine), Gobéclair (plus vol) and Orbévolt (plus glace). Expect lots of electric attacks.

• Good against him: attacks of the terre type are effective against almost all of them, and even very effective against Aimantus and Gigatec. Attacks of the feu type are effective against Aimantus, Gigatec and Orbévolt. Only Gobéclair is immune to terre – use roche or glace on it instead.
• Bad against him: attacks of the psy and fantôme types do nothing against Aimantus and Gigatec, and your own electric attacks will not get you far here. Mebulys of the eau and vol types are especially vulnerable to his lightning.
