Something glittering in the bushes at dawn? That's probably जालू: this little पत्ता spider spins webs and fights with poison and psychic powers.

In battle

जालू is versatile: high Ki attack (Ki is shown as “AI” in the game), solid attack and a good evasion chance. It can only take a moderate amount of damage, though. Its poison attacks such as जहर वाला डंक and जहर बीजाणु also deal damage over time, and with साई दृश्य and later साई दंश it carries मानसिक attacks too – handy against भूत Mebulys.

Where to find it and evolution

जालू is widespread. You'll meet it most often on the maps Route 2 and Spider Lake, but occasionally in many other areas too, from the starting area all the way into the forest. Wild जालू sometimes drop a विष ग्रंथि in battle – exactly what the daily quest “Healing Poison” asks for. From level 32 you can evolve it into जालासुर.
