가시총 is a prickly gunslinger of the 땅 and 잎 types: a rare desert dweller with double armor.

Role in your team

가시총 is a double defender: its Ki defense (Ki is shown as “AI” in the game) is among the ten best of all Mebulys, and its defense among the best 15. The downside is its very low health. Its attack is clearly better than its Ki attack – normal attacks such as 바닥 폭발 from level 42 and 지진 from level 47 suit it well. With 돌 피부 from level 20 it can also heal itself.

Where to find it

가시총 is a rare sight: it crosses your path only very rarely, for example on Route 5 – Thorn Path, Route 6 – Desert, Route 7 – Desert, Route 8 – Beach or Route 9 – Shipwreck. Once you find it, a 바인딩 크리스탈 or 그린리 크리스탈 improves your chances of sealing it – and since it does not evolve, it is ready for action straight away.
