마스터 이슈

After your third medal, you meet 마스터 이슈 in front of the colosseum in Dusty Town. He is just setting off on an expedition into the pyramid and will take you along if you help out. In “Prepare expedition” you bring him supplies: 사과, 강력한 마나 물약, 보호의 주문, 웨이브 크레스트 워터, 강력한 치유 물약 and 그레이트 엘릭서. In “Expedition to the pyramid” you meet him in front of the pyramid on Route 6, and in “The grave chamber” you fight your way past 20 archaeologists. After that, he faces you inside the pyramid.

Team and types

마스터 이슈's team revolves around the 바위 and 땅 types: 모래무덤 (잎 and 땅), 화석도마 (바위 and 비행), 바위구렁 and 무너돌 (both 바위 and 땅) plus 바위북 (물 and 바위). Expect mostly 땅 and 바위 attacks.

• Good against him: attacks of the 물 type are effective against 화석도마, 바위구렁 and 무너돌, while attacks of the 잎 type are effective against 바위구렁 and 무너돌 and even very effective against 바위북. 모래무덤 calls for something else: against it, 비행 is very effective, and 얼음 and 불 are effective.
• Bad against him: attacks of the 전기 type do nothing against 모래무덤, 바위구렁 and 무너돌, and 불 and 정상 attacks bounce off rock. Mebulys of the 불 type really feel his earth and rock attacks, Mebulys of the 전기 type mainly his earth attacks.
