코하나

코하나 is the second master. In Root Grove, the town deep in the forest, she shows you the power of nature.

You do not need a quest for 코하나, just the first medal: only after you beat 마스터 니보리 does the path from Meadow Docks to Route 2 open up. From there, head via Route 4 through the forest to Root Grove, where she is waiting for you.

Team and types

All five of 코하나's Mebulys have the 잎 type: 꼬마거미, 쑥쑥이, 독거미, 풀구렁 and 가시총, which also has the 땅 type. Her attacks are mostly of the 잎 and 정상 types.

Good against her: attacks of the 비행, 불 and 얼음 types are effective against all five, and 비행 is even very effective against 가시총. Mebulys of the 비행 and 불 types also take her leaf attacks well.
Bad against her: attacks of the 물, 잎 and 기계 types are not very effective, and 가시총 is immune to 전기 attacks. Mebulys of the 물 and 바위 types suffer from her leaf attacks.
