Account Management

Mebula has three levels: your BITMEUP account is your access. Under it are up to five Mebula accounts, and each Mebula account can have up to five characters in each realm.

Your BITMEUP account

You use your BITMEUP account to log in to Mebula and all other BITMEUP games. You manage your password, e-mail address and login methods in the BITMEUP portal, not in the game. You also need the BITMEUP account for the BITMEUP Missions, the Pioneer Path and feedback.

Several Mebula accounts

On the character selection you see your Mebula accounts and switch between them. As long as you have fewer than five, you can create another one with “create new Account”. If you have linked a Steam account, it appears there with the tag [STEAM] (Linked Accounts).

Each Mebula account has its own gold, its own premium and its own Login Bonus. Characters of the same account share gold and premium, characters of different accounts do not.

Characters and language

You create new characters on the character selection (Creating a Character). In the game, Settings → Account shows which character and character ID you are playing with and in which realm. That is also where you change the language – Mebula is available in 27 languages.

Deleting a character or account

If you want a character or an entire Mebula account deleted, please contact support (Support & Feedback). State which account, which realm and which character it concerns.
