Beware of that stare! Rățoi, the final form of Rățucă, swaps its wings for psychic powers and becomes a tough apă and psi all-rounder.

In battle

Rățoi is well-balanced: lots of health, a high Ki defense (Ki is shown as “AI” in the game) and solid values elsewhere. It wins fights through stamina rather than raw power. With hipnosion and vedere întunecată it can confuse opponents, and sursă de vindecare heals it. At the end it learns distrugere, a very strong psi attack – but it counts as a normal attack and uses its rather modest attack.

How to get it

The easiest way is to evolve a Rățucă from level 28. Wild Rățoi occasionally live on the map Route 7 – Desert, already at around level 30. Maestra Nami also has one in her team.
