Fulgeros

So fast that its lightning is hard to dodge: Fulgeros is one of the quickest Mebulys of all and the middle stage of the Fulgeruț family.

In battle

Fulgeros has one of the highest speed values in the game plus a high crit chance – it often gets to act first and can shock opponents with attacks like val de tunete or furtună. A shock lowers the target's speed and defense. Its health and attack are weak, so let it fight with Ki attacks (Ki is shown as “AI” in the game) whenever possible.

How to get it

Usually you evolve Fulgeros from a Fulgeruț from level 16. In the wild it is rare and can only be found on the map Electric Cave, already at a high level. From level 32 you can evolve it into Spiridulger.
