번쩍이

So fast that its lightning is hard to dodge: 번쩍이 is one of the quickest Mebulys of all and the middle stage of the 찌릿이 family.

In battle

번쩍이 has one of the highest speed values in the game plus a high crit chance – it often gets to act first and can shock opponents with attacks like 천둥의 파도 or 뇌우. A shock lowers the target's speed and defense. Its health and attack are weak, so let it fight with Ki attacks (Ki is shown as “AI” in the game) whenever possible.

How to get it

Usually you evolve 번쩍이 from a 찌릿이 from level 16. In the wild it is rare and can only be found on the map Electric Cave, already at a high level. From level 32 you can evolve it into 번개도깨.
