Creating a Character

From your BITMEUP account to your own trainer: choose a realm, design your look, pick a tribe and a starter Mebuly and find a name.

You can play Mebula for free in your browser or via Steam. In the browser you log in with your BITMEUP account and then land on the character selection – this is where you create your trainer.

Account, realm, character – who is who?

BITMEUP account: your access to all BITMEUP games. Under it you can create up to five Mebula accounts (Account Management).
Mebula account: this is where your gold and your premium are kept – all characters of this account share them.
Realm: a separate game world with its own players. You can choose between Wurzelhain (German) and Dusty Town (English), both with the same rules (Realms).
Character: your trainer in a realm, with their own team, silver, items and quest progress. You can have up to five characters per realm and Mebula account.

Step by step

Choose a realm. The list shows how many players are online right now and how many are registered; you can filter by region and language.
Click on a free slot labelled “create Character”.
Design your look: male or female, plus skin, hair, eyes, mouth, extras, beard and clothing, each with colours. When you create your character, you can choose from the free parts.
Choose one of the five tribes: Monks, Warriors, Timehunters, Windwalkers or Shamans.
Choose your first Mebuly: Bimbóka, Pislácska or Csöppi (Starter Mebulys).
Enter your name and confirm. Click “enter World” to begin – what happens next is explained in Getting Started.

Name rules

4 to 20 characters, only the letters A to Z and digits – no spaces, accented letters or special characters.
The first letter is automatically capitalised and all others become lower case: “MaxPower” turns into “Maxpower”.
Each name exists only once per realm. If yours is already taken, try a variation.
