Firelords, Illusionaries and Researchers: how to earn reputation with the three factions, which ranks there are and what a good reputation gets you.

Mebula has three factions you can make a name for yourself with: the Firelords, the Illusionaries and the Researchers. Each character earns reputation separately. You can see it in the character window (key C) under the “Statistics” tab as a bar with rank and points.

Reputation ranks

neutral: from the start
friendly: from 5,000 reputation
complaisant: from 12,000 reputation
respectful: from 20,000 reputation
reverent: from 30,000 reputation, the highest rank.

How to earn reputation

Reputation comes from quests, and the reward shows which faction is pleased. The Researchers reward tasks from researchers, for example in the volcano cave, on Route 3, in the Stone Cave, on the Thorn Path and from Dschibait mester. The Illusionaries thank you for collecting shells and for helping out on Green Island. For the Firelords, the daily cherry blossom quest on Route 1 and the tasks at Apple Farm are your best source, and they give reputation with all three factions.

More reputation with bonuses

Three things increase all reputation you receive: Premium (+10%), the character rune Dicsőséges bónusz (Runes) and your order's reputation spell (Order spells). The bonuses stack.

What a good reputation unlocks

Once you are friendly with the Firelords (5,000 reputation), you may meet a special crystal merchant on Volcano Island. He sells: Gyenge kristály, Erősített kristály, Szilárd kristály, Erőteljes kristály, Tüzes kristály and Misztikus kristály. He is not there every day, so check back often (Merchants).
