Tonezi

Tonezi is the starter Mebuly of the maji type: a tough little droplet with a strong defense that gives moto and mwamba opponents a hard time.

In battle

Tonezi is no daredevil: its attack is low, but its defense is one of the better ones in the game. Its weak spot is its Ki defense (Ki is shown as “AI” in the game), one of the lowest of all. Its maji attacks are mostly Ki attacks and can make the target wet – that lowers its speed and makes umeme and barafu attacks more effective against it. imejaa from level 16 does this especially often.

Type matchups

maji attacks are effective against Mebulys of the moto, mwamba and mashine types, but do little against jani, maji and barafu. Tonezi itself should avoid opponents of the jani and umeme types, while it takes moto and maji attacks well.
