Kohana

You do not need a quest for Kohana, just the first medal: only after you beat Maestro Nibori does the path from Meadow Docks to Route 2 open up. From there, head via Route 4 through the forest to Root Grove, where she is waiting for you.

Team and types

All five of Kohana's Mebulys have the hoja type: Arañín, Retoñón, Arañón, Herbopiente and Cactazo, which also has the tierra type. Her attacks are mostly of the hoja and normal types.

• Good against her: attacks of the vuelo, fuego and hielo types are effective against all five, and vuelo is even very effective against Cactazo. Mebulys of the vuelo and fuego types also take her leaf attacks well.
• Bad against her: attacks of the agua, hoja and máquina types are not very effective, and Cactazo is immune to eléctrico attacks. Mebulys of the agua and roca types suffer from her leaf attacks.
