새싹

새싹 is one of the three starter Mebulys: a small fighter of the 잎 type that hits much harder than it looks.

새싹은 매우 작고 취약해 보이지만 전투 중에는 거의 알아볼 수 없습니다. 그는 푸른 자연에 머물고 숲을 헤매는 것을 좋아합니다.

In battle

The big strength of 새싹 is its attack: at level 50 it ranks in the top quarter of all Mebulys. In return, its defense is one of the lowest in the game, and its health and Ki defense (Ki is shown as “AI” in the game) are below average too. So go for quick, hard hits instead of long duels. Normal attacks such as 덩굴손 스와이프 from level 15 and 초크 덩굴손 from level 20 make the most of its high attack.

Type matchups

Watch out for attacks of the 불, 비행 and 얼음 types: they are effective against 새싹. It holds up well against 잎, 물 and 기계. Its own 잎 attacks hit Mebulys of the 물 and 바위 types hard, but do little against 불, 비행 and other plants.
