In battle

번개구슬 has one of the strongest Ki attack values in the game (Ki is shown as “AI” in the game) and a high defense. Its health, however, is very low, and it isn't fast either. With 전기 and 얼음 attacks it covers many opponents: 우뢰 and 절대 영도 are among its strongest, and it learns 눈보라 at level 48.

Where you can meet it

You currently can't catch 번개구슬 anywhere – where to find it is unknown. You can still meet one, though: 마스터 디쉬베이트 uses it in his team. Trainers' Mebulys can't be sealed, however.
