Orbolix

Charged for reasons still unknown: Orbolix (electric and ice) fights in a master's team – where to find it is unknown.

For still unsolved reasons, Orbolix is electrically loaded. Namely so strongly that flashes are forming between his single elements.
Description from the Mebula library

In battle

Orbolix has one of the strongest Ki attack values in the game (Ki is shown as “AI” in the game) and a high defense. Its health, however, is very low, and it isn't fast either. With electric and ice attacks it covers many opponents: thunder and absolute zero are among its strongest, and it learns blizzard at level 48.

Where you can meet it

You currently can't catch Orbolix anywhere – where to find it is unknown. You can still meet one, though: Master Dschibait uses it in his team. Trainers' Mebulys can't be sealed, however.
