Master Nami

With the second medal, the people at the forest exit let you pass. Via Route 5, Route 6 and Route 8 you reach Wave Crest. Master Nami lives on a small island in the west of the town – but first you have to fight your way across a bridge with ten trainers.

Team and types

All five of Master Nami's Mebulys have the water type: Platydrool (plus psy), Surfoon, Giganticlam (plus ice), Liquithon and Shellox (plus rock). Besides water attacks that often leave your Mebuly wet, watch out above all for the ice attacks of Giganticlam.

• Good against her: attacks of the leaf and electric types are effective against all five, and leaf is even very effective against Shellox. Attacks of the machine type work well against Platydrool, Giganticlam and Shellox.
• Bad against her: attacks of the fire and water types are not very effective against most of her Mebulys, and fire is barely effective against Shellox. Mebulys of the fire and rock types take a beating from her water attacks.
