A typical frog: Ranón hops around, snacks on flies and soaks up the sun – and becomes a more reliable agua fighter with every level.

In battle

Ranón is a sturdy fighter with lots of health and good speed; its Ki attack (Ki is shown as “AI” in the game) is average, while its attack is rather weak. From level 22 it can heal itself with fuente de curación. At level 25 it learns cañón de agua, at level 29 marejada – both can make the target wet.

How to get it

You can evolve a Renacuín from level 12 or catch Ranón directly: you'll occasionally meet it on the maps Route 1, Route 2 and Forest Maze. From level 36 you can evolve it into Sapón.
