Maestro Dschibait

After your third medal, a girl in Wave Crest tells you that Master Dschi just rushed off to his lab (quest “Master Dschi”). You find him at the entrance of the thunder cave on Route 11. An earthquake has damaged his facility: you inspect the damage with him, collect Tubo de cobre and cable from the Mebulys in the cave in “Blasting”, and start four main controllers in “Starting controller” – past lots of technicians who think you are an intruder. After that, he is ready to fight.

Team and types

All five of Maestro Dschibait's Mebulys have the eléctrico type: Voltopiente, Imantón and Gigachip (both plus máquina), Rayuendo (plus vuelo) and Esferayo (plus hielo). Expect lots of electric attacks.

• Good against him: attacks of the tierra type are effective against almost all of them, and even very effective against Imantón and Gigachip. Attacks of the fuego type are effective against Imantón, Gigachip and Esferayo. Only Rayuendo is immune to tierra – use roca or hielo on it instead.
• Bad against him: attacks of the psi and fantasma types do nothing against Imantón and Gigachip, and your own electric attacks will not get you far here. Mebulys of the agua and vuelo types are especially vulnerable to his lightning.
