Mestre Ishu

After your third medal, you meet Mestre Ishu in front of the colosseum in Dusty Town. He is just setting off on an expedition into the pyramid and will take you along if you help out. In “Prepare expedition” you bring him supplies: maçã, Poção de mana poderosa, Feitiço de Proteção, Água de Wave Crest, Poderosa poção de cura and Grande Elixir. In “Expedition to the pyramid” you meet him in front of the pyramid on Route 6, and in “The grave chamber” you fight your way past 20 archaeologists. After that, he faces you inside the pyramid.

Team and types

Mestre Ishu's team revolves around the pedra and terra types: Dunão (folha and terra), Pedrossauro (pedra and voo), Pedraserpe and Rochedão (both pedra and terra) plus Cascarrão (água and pedra). Expect mostly terra and pedra attacks.

• Good against him: attacks of the água type are effective against Pedrossauro, Pedraserpe and Rochedão, while attacks of the folha type are effective against Pedraserpe and Rochedão and even very effective against Cascarrão. Dunão calls for something else: against it, voo is very effective, and gelo and fogo are effective.
• Bad against him: attacks of the elétrico type do nothing against Dunão, Pedraserpe and Rochedão, and fogo and normal attacks bounce off rock. Mebulys of the fogo type really feel his earth and rock attacks, Mebulys of the elétrico type mainly his earth attacks.
