Умовихър is a moody whirlwind of the полет type: lightning fast, hard to pin down – and only obtainable through a special quest line.

In battle

Умовихър is one of the five fastest Mebulys in the game. Its other stats are balanced – no real weakness, but no peak either. What makes it special is its choice of attacks: besides many полет attacks, it learns огнена буря of the огън type from level 34, and even виелица of the лед type at level 50.

The quest line

Умовихър does not roam freely in the wild. On Route 3, a researcher wants to build a device that can summon Умовихър. You buy the rare parts for it from three merchants who are not always there – afterwards you face a wild Умовихър (level 20) and can seal it with a crystal. A daily follow-up quest summons it again in exchange for even more parts.
