Ruhkasır

Ruhkasır is a moody whirlwind of the uçuş type: lightning fast, hard to pin down – and only obtainable through a special quest line.

In battle

Ruhkasır is one of the five fastest Mebulys in the game. Its other stats are balanced – no real weakness, but no peak either. What makes it special is its choice of attacks: besides many uçuş attacks, it learns alev fırtınası of the ateş type from level 34, and even kar fırtınası of the buz type at level 50.

The quest line

Ruhkasır does not roam freely in the wild. On Route 3, a researcher wants to build a device that can summon Ruhkasır. You buy the rare parts for it from three merchants who are not always there – afterwards you face a wild Ruhkasır (level 20) and can seal it with a crystal. A daily follow-up quest summons it again in exchange for even more parts.
