サイアラシ

サイアラシ is a moody whirlwind of the フライト type: lightning fast, hard to pin down – and only obtainable through a special quest line.

In battle

サイアラシ is one of the five fastest Mebulys in the game. Its other stats are balanced – no real weakness, but no peak either. What makes it special is its choice of attacks: besides many フライト attacks, it learns 炎の嵐 of the 火 type from level 34, and even 猛吹雪 of the 氷 type at level 50.

The quest line

サイアラシ does not roam freely in the wild. On Route 3, a researcher wants to build a device that can summon サイアラシ. You buy the rare parts for it from three merchants who are not always there – afterwards you face a wild サイアラシ (level 20) and can seal it with a crystal. A daily follow-up quest summons it again in exchange for even more parts.
