Psycholone

Psycholone is a moody whirlwind of the flight type: lightning fast, hard to pin down – and only obtainable through a special quest line.

Psycholone appears quickly, he often changes direction which makes it hard for his opponents to catch him. But as fast as he appeared, that fast he is also gone.

In battle

Psycholone is one of the five fastest Mebulys in the game. Its other stats are balanced – no real weakness, but no peak either. What makes it special is its choice of attacks: besides many flight attacks, it learns flamestorm of the fire type from level 34, and even blizzard of the ice type at level 50.

The quest line

Psycholone does not roam freely in the wild. On Route 3, a researcher wants to build a device that can summon Psycholone. You buy the rare parts for it from three merchants who are not always there – afterwards you face a wild Psycholone (level 20) and can seal it with a crystal. A daily follow-up quest summons it again in exchange for even more parts.
