Psicolone

Psicolone is a moody whirlwind of the volo type: lightning fast, hard to pin down – and only obtainable through a special quest line.

In battle

Psicolone is one of the five fastest Mebulys in the game. Its other stats are balanced – no real weakness, but no peak either. What makes it special is its choice of attacks: besides many volo attacks, it learns tempesta di fiamme of the fuoco type from level 34, and even bufera di neve of the ghiaccio type at level 50.

The quest line

Psicolone does not roam freely in the wild. On Route 3, a researcher wants to build a device that can summon Psicolone. You buy the rare parts for it from three merchants who are not always there – afterwards you face a wild Psicolone (level 20) and can seal it with a crystal. A daily follow-up quest summons it again in exchange for even more parts.
