Specterus

Master of dark visions: Specterus, the final form of Hauntler, has the best Ki defense (“AI” in the game) of all Mebulys and a very strong Ki attack.

Specterus forces are so strong that it is easy for him to let his opponents have dark visions. When they are shocked they will be beaten.
Description from the Mebula library

In battle

Specterus is a fortress against Ki attacks: its Ki defense is the highest of all Mebulys, backed by decent health and a very strong Ki attack. Only its defense and speed are weak – it rarely gets to act first. With dark vision from level 33 it can confuse opponents, and with curse from level 44 it deals damage over time.

Attacks

Within its family, only Specterus learns ekto blow at level 43 – a physical ghost attack that can confuse the target. The crowning move is death oath at level 50: a KO hit that only lands very rarely. You only get Specterus by evolving Phantast from level 42.
