Maestro Nibori

After you defeat Maestro Shin, the balloon takes you to Route 1. There, an assistant sends you to Meadow Docks with “The Master of the hill”. But the master is not on his hill: in “Masterly absence” you first have to find him – a little hint: he loves the sound of the waves. Until you win, the paths to Route 2 and the Apple Farm stay closed, so your team will come from the islands, Route 1 and the town.

Team and types

Three of his four Mebulys have the volo type: Scintocchetto, Psicolone and Farfallino, which also has the foglia type. They are joined by Tricoda, a normale Mebuly. Expect mostly volo and normale attacks.

• Good against him: attacks of the roccia, elettrico and ghiaccio types are effective against his flight Mebulys, and ice is even very effective against Farfallino. Against Tricoda, only macchina is particularly effective. Mebulys of the roccia type also take flight and normal attacks well, and Favillo at least resists the flight attacks.
• Bad against him: attacks of the terra type do nothing at all against flight Mebulys, and foglia attacks barely make a dent. Mebulys of the foglia type like Gemmino, on the other hand, really feel his flight attacks.
