Central Island

Your adventure starts here: on Central Island, Master Shin teaches you how to battle – and later the balloon carries you to the mainland.

This small island is the heart of the archipelago. A fountain splashes in the middle, the balloon waits in the north, and three bridges lead to Volcano Island in the west, Beach Island in the south and Green Island in the east. The few trainers here are level 1 to 8 – perfect for practice.

Your first tasks: Mwalimu Shin first sends you into a battle against battle master Daisuke. Then he wants you to explore the islands and finally beat him yourself – only then is the way to the balloon clear. On the side, Yuuki has a sightseeing tour that pays gold, and Saya keeps losing her necklace. When your Mebulys run out of steam, Hanako patches them up for free.

Mebulys: Chechuku flutter around everywhere, while Kaato and Funzari crawl through the grass. Kombeki and Buibuki show up a little less often. With a lot of luck you may even meet Wimbikuu – a very rare Mebuly of type maji that you otherwise only find on Beach Island and, much later, in the desert.

Shopping: The merchant next to the healer offers: Kioo dhaifu, small potions, Tahajia dhaifu ya Ulinzi – and even Kioo cha fumbo. Stock up on crystals here before you explore the neighbouring islands.
