Glødpingo

Small, dainty and hard to crack: Glødpingo, a ild and jord Mebuly from the volcano island, is a rewarding first catch.

Glødpingo kan især godt lide et varmt lavamiljø. Her kan han uforstyrret lege med ild og færdes i området. Selvom han ser mere lille ud, kan han godt forsvare sig.

In battle

Glødpingo's big strength is its defense – one of the highest in the whole game. Normal hits barely scratch it, and it handles Ki attacks (Ki is shown as “AI” in the game) reasonably well too. Dealing damage is another story: its attack and especially its Ki attack are low. With glødebold and ildkugle it can set enemies on fire so they keep taking damage over time, and regenererende flamme heals it. Attacks of the elektrisk type have no effect on Glødpingo at all.

Where to find it and evolution

Glødpingo is a common sight on the map Volcano Island, usually at a low level – a perfect first target for a Svag krystal. From level 32 you can evolve it into Vulkpadde, an ancient giant that is even tougher but very slow.
