火苗精

Small, dainty and hard to crack: 火苗精, a 火 and 大地 Mebuly from the volcano island, is a rewarding first catch.

In battle

火苗精's big strength is its defense – one of the highest in the whole game. Normal hits barely scratch it, and it handles Ki attacks (Ki is shown as “AI” in the game) reasonably well too. Dealing damage is another story: its attack and especially its Ki attack are low. With 发光球 and 火球 it can set enemies on fire so they keep taking damage over time, and 再生火焰 heals it. Attacks of the 电 type have no effect on 火苗精 at all.

Where to find it and evolution

火苗精 is a common sight on the map Volcano Island, usually at a low level – a perfect first target for a 弱结晶. From level 32 you can evolve it into 熔火龟, an ancient giant that is even tougher but very slow.
